I recently stayed at HOTEL SRI ASHVIK, Rameshwaram for two nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. This is a new property, and everything about the stay was simply amazing.
Right from the front office staff to housekeeping and the food & beverage service team—everyone was extremely polite, courteous, and helpful. A special mention to GM Raja for ensuring everything was seamless and making our stay comfortable.
The breakfast buffet deserves a big thumbs up—delicious, with a good spread to choose from.
Another big plus is the location —the hotel is just around 800 meters from the temple, making it super convenient for darshan.
Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. A huge thanks to the entire team for making our visit memorable. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Hotel Sri Ashvik, Rameshwaram, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel is beautifully designed with modern amenities and a very elegant ambiance. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the temple-view rooms are a special highlight — you can literally see the temple from your window!
The food was outstanding — special thanks to Chef Mr. Gopal Kumar for serving some of the best meals I’ve had during my trip. The hospitality was top-notch; Mr. Raja Murugan and his team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
The location is perfect — just a short walk from the temple, making it very convenient for pilgrims.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and genuinely impressive. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the temple and the beach, which made everything so convenient and peaceful.
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Even when we arrived late, they kindly arranged dinner for us without hesitation. Both dinner and breakfast were fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared.

Excellent stay at Sri Ashvik Rameshwaram. Rooms are as shown in the pictures. The staff is courteous and always there with a smile. All requests are met with hospitality and courteousness and a genuine intent to help the customers. Their smiles are infectious and the breakfast buffet very good. We had made 2 special requests to the staff and both were positively met. Mr Babu and Faiz helm the restaurant on the 4th floor of the property which has sea visible in distance on one side and temple Gopuram on another. The place is walking from Agni Teertham & Beach around 100 meters and 500 meters from the Temple east gate. Overall very suitably located and providing excellent service and hospitality.

The hotel is at the best location near the mandir and it’s the closest you’ll get with sea view!
The staff is so friendly and welcoming, Mr. Anad is so cooperative helping with anything you ask for.
SPECAIL THANKS to Mr. Babu, food incharge of the hotel, the service provided by him was immaculate, he helped with pure jain food during my stay at the hotel, the vegetable fritters he made was so delicious ( i still drool every i think of them)

We stayed total four days and I had an exceptional stay at HOTEL SRI ASHVIK. The location is perfect for pilgrims, as it is within easy walking distance of the Ramanathaswamy Temple and Agni Teertham. My room was spotless, spacious, and very well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing.The rooftop restaurant is a real highlight, offering a magnificent view of the temple gopurams and the sea while you dine. Everything from the seamless check-in to the valet parking was handled professionally. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rameswaram for its comfort, hygiene, and prime location. A special shout-out to Mr. Babu, the restaurant manager, for his outstanding hospitality. He is a true asset to the property, ensuring that every guest is comfortable and taking care of even the smallest details during our meals

I chose this hotel primarily for its convenience—just a short, scenic four-minute walk from the Ramanathaswamy Temple along a coastal pathway. But beyond its ideal location, the comfort it offered was a welcome bonus.
While the rooms aren’t soundproof, I still managed to sleep well. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is its staff. From the receptionist to the restaurant team, everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
If I had to mention one minor drawback—it would be the absence of shower gel in our room, even though shampoo was provided. After a dip in the Agni Theertham, my mother and I had to step out in search of soap. In hindsight, we should have simply asked the receptionist. Once we mentioned it the next day, housekeeping promptly provided the missing item.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a stay that combines both comfort and convenience.

We had a very peaceful and calm stay at Sri Ashvik , Rameshwaram. This was especially possible due to the very caring friendly staff here. Special mention to F &B manager Mr Babu, who is extremely professional, friendly and caring. He takes care of your fooding requirements. Hotel also puts you on to the local pandit/ guide who helped us wade through the waves of Ayyappa bhakts . Made our darshan smooth along with the 22 Kunda snan. The location of the hotel is really a gift as the beach , kund , temple are all 5 minutes walk. We wish the hotel management all the best.you staff are great assets!

I had a wonderful stay at HOTEL SRI ASHVIK during my recent trip to Rameshwaram. The hotel is quite new and very well maintained. The room was absolutely amazing – clean, spacious, and comfortable. A big thanks to MakeMyTrip for helping me find such a gem.
The front desk staff were extremely professional and courteous, making check-in and overall service seamless. Breakfast was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed the food throughout my stay – everything was well-prepared and flavorful.
A special shout-out to the staff member who helped drop our baggage to the car. Despite my insistence, he humbly declined the tip multiple times – a rare and heartwarming gesture these days.
The location is also perfect, just a short distance from the Rameshwaram temple, which made our visit even more convenient.
Based on my experience, I’d happily give this property a 5-star rating. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rameshwaram!

Newly built and professionally managed property. Starting from room to staff to food, everything was perfect. May be little over priced compared to other property in Rameswaram but they do give value for the money they charge. I would like to appreciate their staff Mathi, Mega, Velmurugan, Babu & Ashok - all of them have been very helpful. Hotel is around 10 mins. walking distance from the temple (auto takes INR 100 to go to the temple). Parking is in nearby ground. Excellent buffet breakfast. Everything was complemented by their well trained & behaved staff at every level.

Sri Ashvik Hotel, Rameswaram, is highly recommended! It’s a brand-new, modern property and perhaps the only truly good hotel in all of Rameswaram.
The location is excellent, just a short distance from the North Gate, making it convenient for temple visits. The staff are professional and well-trained, impressive for a stand-alone hotel like Sri Ashvik.
We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the rooms are clean, and feel just like those in branded international hotels. This is definitely the place to stay in Rameswaram if you want comfort and quality.

We stayed in Hotel Shri Ashvik for our Rameswaram trip and it was really a very nice experience. The rooms are really nice and clean , the Ramnathswamy temple is very nearby offering great convenience for devotees like us. The restaurant in the hotel is also very nice ,serving good vegetarian food. The hotel staff is very polite and are very helpful. Special mention to Babu , who serves as the main manager in the restaurant. He is extremely professional and very polite and helpful towards the guests. We would highly recommend to book this hotel for your Rameswaram trip.

Travelled to Rameshwaram earlier this month with family and on my mother's insistence, stayed at Hotel Sri Ashvik.
Its proximity to the Agni Theertha and the temple coupled with comfortable rooms and hospitable services make it a great stay for pilgrims.
Special call out to Mr. Babu at the restaurant for his able service and recommendations during our dinner and breakfast. Food was super tasty.
The scenic view of the temple and the sea which you get from the restaurant is a treat for the eyes.
Scope for improvement: Better bathroom layout and room decor maintenance.

We went as a group of 10..and we booked our entire rameshwadam trip through this hotel.. like van darshan everything they arranged very well.. Place was quite well maintained and neat .. staffs are very polite ... And responds politely all the time .. especially front desk ellamathi was making all the process very smooth .. even people who accompanied me enjoyed throughly through the stay .. and thank u for early checkin access .i was bit anxious as we were getting down too early in the station with lot of senior citizens .. thanks alot

Excellent Stay: Prime Location and Exceptional Service!
Our experience at the hotel was truly wonderful, largely due to its unparalleled location and the great staff service.
The proximity to the major landmarks is the hotel's biggest asset. It is situated very near the main temple, making early morning visits incredibly convenient. Crucially, it is also perfectly walkable to the beach and Agni Teertham, which saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip.
The hotel's service was equally impressive. A special shout-out must go to Megha at the front desk; she was exceptionally responsive, providing proper, clear information whenever we needed assistance.
Finally, we enjoyed the dining experience. The food was nice, and we appreciated the quick service. Babu in the cafeteria deserves recognition for consistently providing our food in a timely manner, ensuring we were well-fed and ready for the day's activities.
This hotel offers both convenience and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

Very conveniently located near the temple at walking distance. The staff is very service oriented, though slightly less experienced but the put all effort to address any issues promptly. The hotel is newly constructed, so there is no issue with maintenance. There are few car parkings outside the hotel.
The food at the restaurant is delicious including the buffet breakfast. All in all this is a value for money stay for anyone visiting Dhanshkodi or Rameshwaram.

I was at Ashvik a week back...though the location was not great...the accessibility to the temple was very convenient..The staff at the front desk were very efficient n pleasant to deal with...also Mr Babu in the restaurant was very helpful..Overall a very good stay especially for people on a pilgrimage..
My only one grouse abt the hotel is ...bathroom could have been better planned...n I even mentioned this at the front desk...but otherwise it was a fantastic stay at Rameshwaram.
